Winning e-Commerce with Shopify
Challenges:

- Migrated store from BigCommerce to Shopify, including order and customer history. The store look was renewed to be more aligned with brand guidelines and provide a better user experience through a custom-developed theme.
- Created widgets to display merchandise in different channels (e.g. blog, third-party ticket sellers).
- Implemented an integrated collection of data between WordPress, Shopify, Eventbrite, Flicket, MailChimp, and more. Created feed for social media.
- Created custom reports based on the multiple touch-points and managed contacts lists, including imports and segmentation.
